Dairy Creek Farm & Produce is just over eighteen acres and includes Dairy Creek that runs across the northern border with timber raising up just behind the creek.  The rich farm land has been known for decades for growing fine fruits and vegetables and our family's vision was to do just that.  We grew over thirty varieties last year and plan to add more each year. 

Pollination is one of the keys to a bountiful crop which is why we keep several bee hives.  As novice bee keepers we had a huge learning curve but each year we gain knowledge and skill.  We consult with an expert throughout the year and our hives are thriving, so much so, that we plan to offer raw honey later this season.  Each spring we have swarms which are amazing to watch.  You can get an up close look at one of last season's swarms that landed in one of our apple trees.  They eventually went into a brand new box and started their own hive.
